Business Development
Qualifications: sales and/or marketing experience with proven results; knowledge of and with previous exposure to a professional construction environment; ability to manage time using contemporary project management strategies; and willingness to travel within Canada on a regular basis.
Responsibilities: manage the sales funnel, including lead generation, identifying and soliciting quality potential clients, closing sales and maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients through regular contact; maintain regular contact and communication with clients throughout the course of projects; and effectively communicate with all project stakeholders.
Design Team Members
Qualifications: architectural technologists; experience in residential or commercial construction; experience in estimating is an asset; familiarity with AutoCAD MEP and/or Revit; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; and interest in specializing in preliminary design and estimating, production design, cabinetry design, or structural and truss design.
Responsibilities: working with the project team to producing accurate production-ready drawing sets in a timely manner.
Plumbing Team Leader
Qualifications: red seal journeyman plumbing ticket, refrigerant ticket, experience with plumbing and mechanical installations in both residential and commercial applications.
Responsibilities: organize, manage, and lead a team of plumbers through the installation of mechanical and plumbing systems in new construction. Perform site installations and off-site maintenance as necessary.
Electrical Team Leader
Qualifications: red seal journeyman electrical ticket; experience with electrical installations in both residential and commercial applications; experience in alarm systems an asset; experience in home-automation systems an asset.
Responsibilities: organize, manage, and lead a team of electricians through the installation of electrical systems in new construction. Perform site installations and off-site maintenance as necessary.
Drywall, Taping & Painting
Qualifications: minimum of 5 years’ experience in drywall, plaster, taping and painting; ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
Responsibilities: install drywall, plaster, tape and paint on new construction, to meet production demands. Perform site installation and repairs as necessary.
Quality Systems/ Lean Champion
Qualifications: experience implementing and maintaining a companywide quality system using lean production methods including: Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, TPM, OEE, and other lean methods. Practical knowledge of the construction industry and an interest in modern prefab is an asset. Must possess excellent presentation, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be a self-starter.
>Responsibilities: applying Lean Principles, tools, and methods to production Current-State Value Stream; identifying wastes and opportunities for improvement; developing and implementing Future-State production Value Stream; leading cross-functional project teams; developing and improving corporate Lean Tools and Methodologies.
Installation Supervisor
Qualifications: in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial construction; experience in modular installations is asset; high quality standards; organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; willingness to travel extensively.
Responsibilities: lead a team of contractors to prepare sites and install modules across Canada.
