Soil Testing Laboratory

Need: A major North American energy producer with nearly 6,500 employees. They required a laboratory (to be built to their specifications) for conducting soil tests near the oil sands of Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Solution: Conquest constructed six modules (total 5,358 square feet) for the new facility. Two of the modules were garage modules, constructed without floors, and set directly onto concrete pads on-site. Interior features included painted drywall, 11’ sidewalls, and suspended ceilings. Exterior finishes incorporated Galvalum siding, aluminum windows and doors, and torch-down roofing membranes.
