Design/Build of Ranch-style Home

Need: Our client was looking for a new, custom-built home for their rural farm-stead, (in order to start a new family).

Solution: Conquest designed and built a ranch-style home based on the customer’s wishes. The finished home measured 36’ x 56’ (1,588 square feet). Interior finishes included painted drywall, maple cabinets, and laminate wood flooring. Exterior features incorporated cement board lap siding with white trim, and shingles. A special feature of the home was a 10’ porch roof with two operational dormers.
