Design/Build of Two-story Home

Need: Our client required a new custom-built home for their growing family.

Solution: Conquest designed and built a 2,939 square foot, two-story home with a three-car garage and 600 square feet of bonus space above. The home was constructed based on the client’s specific wishes and specifications. It featured two and a half bathrooms, four bedrooms, plus a den, main floor laundry, a family room, and a sitting room on the second floor. Interior finishes incorporated solid oak doors, laminate flooring, ceramic tile, plus a jetted corner tub. Exterior finishes included seamless steel siding and shingles. Special features of the home include a 10’ porch roof, and a 17’-ceiling in the foyer.
