Hopewell Developments

Need: A well designed information centre for new Mahogany housing development south east of Calgary.

Solution: Working with Hive Modular (architect) Conquest built a nearly 1,000 s.f. structure to be used as an information centre.  The construction is premium quality using cement board siding, hickory hardwood floors, and a cement fireplace hearth and mantel.  This project also featured Control4 automation allowing for customizable light, temperature, and music controls via touch screen or remotely by computer.
