Temporary Credit Union

Feature2a

Feature2b

Need: A temporary Credit Union building to be used for several years (before being converted into office space).

Solution: Conquest designed and built an 870 square foot (14’ x 64’) structure to meet the client’s requirements. The exterior consisted of vertical metal siding and a metal roof. The interior featured built-in teller wickets, a 600 lb. safe, and network wiring (for a server to be added). Special considerations included reinforced structural flooring (to accommodate the safe room) and the ability to easily remove the safe in the future (when the building will convert to office space).

Construction time: 22 days
Date of installation: March, 2005
Location: Red Lake, Ontario
