Multi-unit Motel

Need: The client, a developer in northern Manitoba, required a 4-unit motel (with shared laundry facilities) to be built in such a way as to allow for an additional unit to readily be added to the back.

Solution: Conquest designed and built a 20’ x 76’ (1,520 square foot), 4-unit motel with laundry facilities, (configured to allow for possible future expansion). Interior features included PTAC through the wall heating/cooling units with individual climate control for each unit. The exterior consisted of vinyl siding and shingles.
