Duplex Housing Units

Need: Client required duplex homes to be built to exact design and specifications provided.

Solution: Conquest constructed ten 40’ x 48’ (1,824 square foot), 2-module duplexes as specifications provided by the client. Interiors featured fully finished drywall, while exteriors were finished in vinyl siding and shingles.

Construction time: 34 days (per duplex)
