We take caring for the earth and the wellbeing of its inhabitants seriously, and this is reflected through our active environmental stewardship and ecologically sustainable practices. This extends beyond efficient use of energy (for example, our 40,000 square foot manufacturing plant is geothermally heated and cooled), material optimization (due to the controlled efficiencies of our manufacturing process we can make use of even the smallest material scraps—we generate a small fraction of the construction waste produced on a normal building site), and selection of “green” building materials and processes to the greatest extent possible (for example, we use only formaldehyde-free insulation). In addition to producing virtually zero emissions, the manufacture of our modular structures is also free of noise pollution.

Our owners are “hands-on” at Conquest, and have grown up with an active role in this multi-generational family-owned business (in fact, we’ve been building quality modular structures since before most of our customers were even born).
